Salve a tutti
Quando disdico Sky su Fastweb,basta una raccomandata A/R a sky o devo avvisare fastweb in qualche modo?
Lo domando perchè quando si attiva sky sul menù cambio abbonamento di fastweb sotto le opzioni tv compare sky
Viene eliminato quando sky riceve la disdetta e avverte lei fastweb o dobbiamo farlo noi tramite telefono/fax/raccomandata?

E' sufficiente fare la disdetta con Sky. E' vero che viene modificata anche la voce nel menu di cambio abbonamento, quindi la tua domanda è effettivamente legittima, ma è che Sky stessa comunica con Fastweb e procedere a richiedere le modifiche tecniche/amministrative necessarie.

Se voglio disdire Sky su Fastweb, a chi devo rivolgermi?
